Step 1: Go to the official website of myAadhaar

  2. Next, click on the ‘Login’ option.
  3. A new page will open.

Step 2: Enter Aadhaar number

  1. On the new page, enter your Aadhaar number.
  2. Next, enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Send OTP’ button.
  3. Once you receive the OTP, enter it into the specified field.
  4. Next, click on the ‘Login’ button.
  5. You will be logged in to the portal.

Step 3: Click the ‘Update Aadhar Online’ option

  1. On the myAadhaar portal, click on the ‘Update Aadhar Online’ option.
  2. Next, click on the ‘Proceed to Update Aadhar’ button.
  3. A new page will open up.

Step 4: Enter Aadhaar details to be corrected

  1. On the new page, select the details you want to update or correct (such as name, address, etc.)
  2. Next, click on the ‘Proceed to Update Aadhaar’ button.
  3. Next, enter the new or correct details properly in both English and your local language.

  5. Now select the supporting document type.
  6. Next, click on the ‘Continue to Upload’ button.
  7. Now select the document (PDF) and upload it.
  8. Next, click on the ‘Next’ button.

  2. You can edit the changes made in case you have made any mistakes by clicking on the ‘Edit’ option.
  3. If everything is correct, click the Checkboxes.
  4. Next, click on the ‘Next’ button.
  5. A new page will open.

Step 6: Complete the Payment

  1. On the new page, click on the checkbox.
  2. Next, click on the ‘Make Payment’ button.
  3. Next, select your desired payment method.
  4. Complete the payment of Rs.50.
  5. After completion, you can download the acknowledgment slip of the payment.
