Step 2: Open the ‘Distance Certificate’ application page

Step 3: Enter Applicant’s Basic Information

  1. Next, select the ‘Salutation’ from the specified field.
  2. Next, enter the ‘First Name’, ‘Middle Name’, and ‘Last Name’ in the specified fields.
  3. Next, select the ‘Date of Birth’ and ‘Gender’ from the specified fields.

  1. Next, select the option under ‘Guardian’.
  2. Next, enter all the details of the Guardian as required.
  3. Next, select and enter all the required details of the Address of the Guardian.

Step 6: Enter the name and address of the College/University/ Institute

  1. Next, enter the ‘Name of the College or University or Institute’ in the specified field.
  2. Next, select the ‘Country’ and the ‘State’ form the specified fields.
  3. Next, select and enter all the required details of the address of the College, University, or Institute.
  4. Next, enter the ‘Distance from Home to College or University or Institute (Km)’ in the specified field.
  5. Next, tick the ‘I Accept’ box.
  6. Next, click on the ‘Save & Next’ button.

Step 7: Upload documents and Submit

  1. All the details of the application will appear on the screen.
  2. Next, click on the ‘Attach Supporting Documents’ button.
  3. A new page will appear.
  4. Next, upload the required documents in the specified fields by clicking on the ‘Upload’ button.
  5. Next, click on the ‘Save & Next’ button.
  6. Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
