e-Shram Card e-KYC Online 2024 | eSHRAM Card Aadhaar Link

The central government has added a new “Update e-KYC” option on the e-SHRAM portal.

Citizens who have registered themselves on the e-SHRAM portal or have received the e-Shram card must update their e-KYC (link Aadhar and e-Shram Card) through the e-SHRAM portal (eshram.gov.in) to get all the benefits under the scheme.

Steps to link Aadhaar card with e-Shram card (complete e-KYC) online

To link your Aadhaar card with e-Shram card online,

Step 1: Go to the e-Shram portal

  1. First, go to the official e-SHRAM web portal at eshram.gov.in.
  2. On the home page, click on the “Already Registered? UPDATE” option.
  3. A new page will open.

Step 2: Select Update e-KYC option

  1. On the new page, click on “Already Registered” option on the main menu.
  2. Next, click on the “Update Profile Using Aadhaar” option.
  3. A new page will open.

Step 3: Enter mobile number

  1. On this page, enter the mobile number linked with your Aadhaar card.
  2. Next, enter the captcha code.
  3. Next, click on the ‘Send OTP’ button.
  4. Next, enter the OTP received on your number.
  5. Next, click on the “Submit” button.
  6. A new page will open.

Step 4: Enter Aadhaar number

  1. On the new page, enter your Aadhaar number in the specified field.
  2. Next, you will get three options to complete your e-KYC. You can select anyone.
  3. The easiest one is through OTP. Select it.
  4. Next, enter the ‘Captcha’ code displayed in the specified field.
  5. Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 5: Complete e-KYC

  1. Next, enter the OTP received in the specified field.
  2. Next, click on the ‘Validate’ button.
  3. A new page with your Aadhaar details will appear.
  4. Next, click on the “Update e-KYC Information” button.

Your e-SHRAM e-KYC will be updated.
