There are two ways in which you can link your Aadhar card with your UAN or PF account.

  1. By Logging into your PF account
  2. Without logging into your PF account

Steps to link Aadhaar with UAN by Logging into your PF account

In order to link your Aadhaar and EPF account through the EPFO portal,

  1. First, go to the official website of EPFO.
  2. Now login with your UAN number and password.
  3. In the top section, click on the “Manage” tab.
  4. Next, select the KYC option.
  5. A new page will open up.
  6. Select the “Aadhar” option.
  7. Now enter your Aadhar card number.
  8. Now click on save.
  9. A message will show on the screen that your Aadhar and PF account or UAN has been seeded.

Steps to link Aadhaar with UAN without logging into your PF account

  1. First, go to the e-KYC portal of EPFO.
  2. Now click on “Link UAN – Aadhar”.
  3. A new form will open up.
  4. Fill up the form correctly with all the details.
  5. Once filled up click on submit.
