Mysterious and shocking death of a duo in Durgapur

Mysterious death of a young man and a lady from Durgapur created a suspense on Thursday morning.

The dead bodies were found inside the car of the man, that was in the garage. The engine of the car was on.

The biggest mystery that is still unsolved is how the death occurred in the first place. Police sent the bodies to Durgapur sub-divisional hospital for post mortem.

According to the sources, around Wednesday mid-night locals of David Hare road of steel city heard the sound of engine of a car running for a long time from inside the garage of the resident Koushik Goswami(27). They informed police and after police arrived they broke the garage and discovered the duo inside the car.

When they were found inside the car the lady Kaberi Bhattacharya(45) was partly undressed. Police suspected that duo were in physical relation inside the car. Primary investigation suspects may be air-condition system of the car was defected and caused the duo a suffocating death. Locals said that they had an extra marital affair. But according to the witnesses, the door of the car was open, then how the duo died still remained a mystery. Police however, could not detect the real cause of death so far. They claimed that nothing can be revealed prior to the post-mortem report.
