EPIC No. and Aadhaar no. of members (if applicable)
Scanned copy of Aadhaar (if applicable)

Steps to apply for Non subsidized ration card in West Bengal

To apply for a non-subsidized ration card,

Step 1: Go to the Official WB Ration Card website

First, go to the official website of the West Bengal Food Department at food.wb.gov.in.
Once the website opens, click on the ‘Citizen’s Home’ option.
Next, click on the ‘Ration Card Related Corner’ option.
Next, click on the ‘Services Requiring Office Approval’ option.
Next, click on the ‘Apply Online’ option.
Next, click on the ‘Form 10’ option.

Step 2: Log in to the WB Digital Ration card portal

Now, enter your mobile number linked with your ration card. If you are applying for a new card, just enter your mobile number.
Next, click on the ‘Get OTP’ button. You will receive an OTP on your registered number.
Next, enter the OTP in the specified field and click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

Step 3: Open FORM 10

Once you are logged in, you will be asked a few questions.
Choose the appropriate options for each of the questions.
Next, tick the checkbox and click on the ‘Next’ button.
A new page will open.

Step 4: Fill out FORM 10

For those having existing ration cards,

Enter the district, block, and other details as required.
Next, enter the ‘Ration Card’ number and category and click the ‘Display’ button.
Next, select the members whose ration card you want to convert to non-subsidised and click the ‘View Selected List’ button.
Next, click the ‘Save and View’ button.

For those not having ration cards,

Enter the district, block, and other details as required.
Select the ‘Fair Price Shop’ of your area from the drop-down.
Now, enter your personal details as requested in the form and click on the ‘Show Member’ button.
Next, click on the ‘Add Member’ button to add more members if needed.
Next, click the ‘Save and View Application’ button once the details of all the members of your family are entered.

Step 5: Submit form for Non-Subsidised Ration card

After a new page opens, click on the “I Certify” checkbox and then click on the ‘Get OTP’ button.
Next, enter the OTP in the specified field and click on the ‘Submit OTP’ button.
Once you do that you will get a success notice showing that your form is successfully submitted.

You can download your application by clicking on the ‘Download application’ button.
