Monday morning turned into a reign of teror after some outsiders vandalised the Hindi Bharati School.
According to the sources, they were there to beat a 11th Standard boy, Chatu Ray, for some personal reasons. He was badly injured in the incident.
A group D staff named Bibhas Ray also got injured while trying to protect the student from the outsiders.
After that when the residents of the area and students of the school intervened the outsiders, they left a bike and fled from the area.
Police was called and the injured student was immediately taken to DSP Main Hospital.
According to Mr. Samir Kumar, the teacher in charge of Hindi Bharati School, “As the school campus is very small, we open the main gate during the tiffin break for the ease of the students. The outsiders took this advantage and entered the school premises”.
In the outrage and protest, the student set the bike, that the outsiders left, on fire.
The police said, they will trace the offenders through the bike that they left.
