After receiving an excellent response in the 1st year, the Durgapur Book Fair, organized by Durgapur Municipal Corporation, steps into its 2nd year in 2020.
This year the Durgapur Boi Mela will start from the 18th of January and will continue till 25th January 2020.
It will take place in Gandhi More Mela ground, City Center.
This year also various renowned national and international publications will take part in the Durgapur Boi Mela.
Durgapur Book Lovers are pretty excited about this Bookfair and are looking forward to it.
A Cultural event will also take place every night to increase the popularity of the Book Fair which will include Dance and Singing performances by various artists.
There will be artists like Monomoy Bhattacharya and Lopamudra Mitra performing at the book fair.
Various other artists from Durgapur as well as from outside Durgapur will perform in the cultural program everyday.
