Step 1: Go to the official website

  1. First, go to the online portal, onlinehmis.wbhealth.gov.in.
  2. Next, click on the ‘Online Test Report’ button.
  3. A new page will open.

Step 2: Enter the patient details

  1. Next, enter the ‘Mobile No.’ in the specified field.
  2. Next, enter the ‘Patient ID (Registration On)’ in the specified field.
  3. Next, click on the ‘Get Data’ button. A popup will appear.
  4. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  5. Next, enter the OTP in the specified field.
  6. Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 3: Download test report

  1. Next, select the ‘Date (Registration On)’ from the specified field.
  2. Name and other details will appear on the screen.
  3. Next, click on the ‘Print’ button.
  4. Next, tick the ‘Check All’ box and click on the ‘Print’ button. 
  5. The report will open on the screen.
  6. Next, select ‘Save as PDF’ under ‘Destination’ and click on the ‘Save’ button.

The OPD Test Report will be downloaded successfully.
