Durgapur: A number of flights to various destinations in India have already started from Durgapur Airport.
Now, low-fare airline IndiGo is all set to start flights from Durgapur – Ahmedabad, and Durgapur – Guwahati from 1st May 2021.
Previously, the airlines have announced that they will be starting flights to Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad from April 2021.
According to sources, the flights will run daily in the Durgapur – Ahmedabad, and Durgapur – Guwahati routes from May 2021.
The flight for Durgapur will take off from Ahmedabad airport at 6:10 in the morning and will land in Durgapur at around 8:45. It will again take off from Durgapur at 2:10 in the afternoon and will reach Ahmedabad at around 4:55 in the evening.
For the Durgapur – Guwahati route, the flight will take off from Durgapur at 9:20 in the morning and will reach Guwahati at 10:20. It will again take off from Guwahati at around 10:50 and will reach Durgapur at 12 noon.

Another low-fare airline, Spicejet has already started flights to major cities in India like Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai. It will also be starting flights from Durgapur to Pune from 28th March 2021.
