NIT Durgapur is inviting applications from eligible and interested candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at a project funded by CSIR-HRDG, Govt. of India for a duration of 3 years.
Selected candidate shall have to sign an agreement at the time of joining.

Name of the Project: Cost Minimization-Based Multi-Stage PMU Installation Strategy Considering Energy Industries- Perspective.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed M.E/M. Tech in EE/ EEE with minimum 7.00 CGPA or 65% marks from any recognized Institute/ University.
Candidate must be GATE qualified.
Desirable qualification: Knowledge of MATLAB/Python Programming/Simulation.
Age Limit: 28 years.
The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes/OBC (CL), women, and physically handicapped candidates.
Salary
Fellowship of Rs. 31,000 will be given to the selected candidate.
