Steps to book OPD Ticket online in West Bengal

To book an OPD Ticket online,

Step 1: Go to the official website

  1. First, go to the official website of the West Bengal Health Department at wbhealth.gov.in
  2. Next, click on the ‘OPD Ticket Booking’ option.
  3. Now click the ‘Online Ticket Booking’ option.

Step 2: Verify your mobile number

  1. On the new page, enter your mobile number.
  2. Click on the ‘Verify’ button.
  3. Now enter the OTP received.
  4. Now click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  5. A new page will open.

Step 3: Enter your details

  1. On the new page, select the hospital where you want to go for treatment.
  2. Next, enter the visit date.
  3. Next, enter the name of the patient, gender, age, and address.

Step 4: Complete OPD ticket booking

  1. Now, select the OPD type.
  2. The name and room number of the doctor will be displayed.
  3. Verify all the entered details.
  4. Now click on the ‘Save’ button.

Step 5: Download and print OPD ticket

  1. The OPD Ticket will be generated.
  2. Now click on the ‘Print’ option.
  3. Save it as a PDF to download the ticket.
  4. You can also take a printout directly.

Now you can take this ticket to the counter for online booked tickets at the hospital on the visit date selected.

You don’t need to stand in a queue to get your OPD Ticket.
