Steps to apply online for a duplicate ration card in West Bengal

To get a duplicate ration card in West Bengal,

Step 1: Go to the Official Ration Card website

First, go to the official website of the West Bengal ration card.
Now, select the ration card option on the left side of the screen.
Now, go to the ‘Apply Online’ option.
From the dropdown menu select “Apply for a duplicate ration card (Form 9).

First, click on the services and citizens corner. Then click on digital ration card digital services.

Now click on “Apply for duplicate ration card”. A new page will open up.

To use the digital ration card facility of the West Bengal government, first, you need to link your Aadhaar and mobile number with your ration card.

Step 2: Log in to the Digital Ration card portal

Now enter your mobile number linked with your digital ration card click on get OTP
Once you receive the OTP enter it in the specified field and click on proceed

Step 3: Fill up FORM-9

Scroll down to the form section and click “Apply now” below “Apply for FORM 9”.
Now a new page will open showing all the names of the members of your family linked to the mobile number.
Now select the member whose duplicate ration card you want to get.
In case you want to get duplicate ration cards of all the members of the family, click on the ‘Select all’ option.
Click on next. A new page will open.
This page will show you the name of the members of your family whose duplicate ration card you need.
Verify the name and upload a supporting document if needed.
Now click the “It’s okay” check box and then click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

Step 4: Submit FORM-9

After a new page opens, click on the “I Certify” checkbox and then click on the ‘Get OTP’ button.
Now enter the OTP in the specified field and click on submit OTP
Once you do that you will get a success notice showing that your form is successfully submitted.

Now you can log in here any time and check the status of your application.
