  1. First, go to the official website of the West Bengal Food Department at food.wb.gov.in.
  2. Next, on the main menu, click on the ‘MIS Reports’ option.
  3. Next, click on the ‘Reports for Citizen’ option.
  4. Next, click on the ‘View Ration Card Count‘ option.
  5. Next, click on the name of your district and then the name of your block.
  6. Next, click on the name of your ration shop.
  7. You can get the number of your ration shop from your neighbors or any other sources.
  8. The list of all the names in that ration shop will appear in front of you.
  9. Next, click on the ‘Save Excel file’ button.
  10. Once the file is downloaded, open the file in Excel and search for your name.

There you will get your digital ration card number and other details.

Step 1: Go to the official website

  1. First, go to the official website of the West Bengal Food Department at food.wb.gov.in.
  2. Once the website opens, click on the ‘Citizen’s Home’ option.
  3. Next, click on the ‘Ration Card Related Corner’ option.
  4. Next, click on the ‘Services Requiring Office Approval’ option.
  5. Next, click on the ‘Apply Online’ option.
  6. A lot of forms will be displayed. Click on any one option from Form 5 to Form 14.

  1. Now, select your Ration Card Category.
  2. Next, you need to enter your mobile number that is linked with your ration card.
  3. Next, click on the ‘GET OTP’ button.
  4. Next, enter the OTP received on your mobile and click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
  5. Now you will be logged in.

  1. You can see the details of all the members of your family along.
  2. You can check the ration card number adjacent to your name.
