Steps to download Learner’s Licence PDF online

To download your Learner’s License online,

Step 1: Go to the official website of Parivahan

First, go to the official website of Parivahan at parivahan.gov.in
Next, click on ‘Online Services’ and select ‘Driving Licence Related Services’ from the drop-down.
Select your state.
A new page will open up.

Step 2: Open the ‘Print Learner’s Licence’ option

On the new page, click on the ‘Learner Licence’ option on the top menu.
Next, click the ‘Print Learner Licence (From 3)’ option.
A new page will open up.

Step 3: Enter Learner Licence details

On the new page, click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
You will get three options to download your Learner Licence, by Application Number, Licence Number, or Mobile Number.
Select any one option.
Next, enter the details of the option selected.
Next, enter your Date of Birth (if you have selected the Application Number or mobile number options).
Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 4: Download Learner Licence PDF

An OTP will be sent to your mobile number used during the application. Click on the ‘Ok’ button.
Enter the OTP in the specified field.
Next, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Your Learner Licence PDF will be displayed on the screen.
Download the PDF.

You can take a printout of the PDF for future use.
