Steps to reset ECI Voters’ Service Portal password

To reset your password on the Voters’ Services Portal,

Step 1: Go to the official website

  1. First, go to the official website of the Voters’ Service Portal at voters.eci.gov.in.
  2. Next, click on the ‘Login’ option on the homepage.
  3. The login page will open.
  4. Next, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link below the password field.
  5. A new page will open.

Step 2: Enter your mobile number

  1. On this page, enter your mobile number in the specified field.
  2. Next, enter the captcha code displayed in the specified field.
  3. Next, click on the ‘Continue’ button.
  4. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number.

Step 3: Set a new password

  1. Now, enter the OTP received into the specified field.
  2. Next, set a new password for the portal.
  3. Next, re-enter the new password in the “Confirm Password” box.
  4. Next, click on the ‘Verify and Submit’ button.
  5. Your new password will be set.
